okay, i'm eating my words. only a few posts ago, i proclaimed that i could NEVER buy coloured denim and here we are....in coloured denim! i just couldn't help myself while browsing around at muse, these coral bb dakota mattox pant had to be mine! and though intimidated at first, i was determined to figure out the best way to style them. wore them almost every day last week!
because i was cursed blessed with dancer thighs, i found that i felt most comfortable with a long piece, like a sleeveless trench for more of a balanced leg proportion. then i decided to go crazy and play around with colour and pattern! i kept the palette to hues that were in my scarf and threw in a leopard print shoe as a bit of a surprise. lastly, the neutral coloured trench thankfully breaks up an otherwise offensively bright combination. and next up? how i wore these coral pants for a night out on the town!
