Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics are 100% vegan and cruelty free which is very important to Kahlia and I. These Lip Tars contain Hemp oil, peppermint oil and vitamin E so it conditions your lips as you wear it. They are also heavily pigmented, so keep in mind that a little bit really goes a long way.
Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics 'Strumpet' Lip Tar can be found online or in Vancouver at Sephora for around $19 CAD.
Start by applying a champagne cream eyeshadow all over the lid. Then put a dot of the lip tar on the hand and sheer it out with a brush until you get the colour you're looking for. Then apply it to the crease of the eye.
We mixed the colour with another medium to give it a bit of a pearly glow (we used Strobe Cream by MAC). This sheers out the colour and should be applied to apples of the cheeks to give you a healthy flush.
Apply the product with the little brush that is included with the lip tar. Just use a little on your brush, if you use to much you might end up with the colour bleeding on your lip line! Start at the centre of your mouth around your lip line and work your way to the sides, then fill in with the leftovers on your brush.
The finished product, using the OCC Strumpet Lip Tar as a base on the eyes, cheeks, and lips. We were feeling extra sparkly, so we added some glitter on the eyes and a cute black heart on the cheek. Kahlia is so amazing, I wish she could help me put my face on every day!
