It was so lovely having a long weekend in February and thanks to our friends, we got to spend it on Bowen Island. Just a 20 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay, it's just a hop, skip, and a jump from the city. It's a great little community, I definitely recommend it for a weekend vacation!

ReplyDeletei have to admit, i've been once to bowen, just for the day, and it was a horrible time! we screwed up ferry times both there and back, my Bf got stung by a bee, we nearly had a not so friendly confrontation with some drunk girls, and i forgot my sweater and froze after waiting over 2 hours for the ferry home.... just because your photos are stunning, i feel it may be time to give this little island a second chance.
