The 70’s vibes live on! Flares are in and then they’re out, in, then out again, and just like that, they’re in again. I really didn’t think I’d be wearing flared denim again so soon, but my goodness these Mavi jeans are comfortable. And it really is kind of nice to veer away from the skinny jean for a moment, I didn’t realize how much I missed the flare trend. It makes a simple denim pairing with a polka dot blouse and a blush cross body bag feel somewhat new again. It’s the little things, ya know?
Hope you enjoy this short week and the last one of 2015! I’m spending it with Adam and a bunch of his co-workers in the Mayan Riviera, Mexico! He’s in sales at a recruiting firm and their big yearly incentive is, well, this trip. Lucky for me, significant others are able to attend too. You channel the 70s so well! Flares don’t suit me at all, and so I’m avoiding them like the plague. I’ll stick to my skinnies, and try to incorporate the 70s in other ways into my wardrobe 🙂
